Teaching Fellow Entrepreneurship
Ramsha Rashid is a Teaching Fellow at KSBL, specializing in entrepreneurship and business communication. She teaches courses that equip students with entrepreneurial thinking and practical communication skills essential for the corporate world. She has played an active role in a collaborative research project between the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and KSBL on women’s economic and financial inclusion in Pakistan, working closely with policymakers and industry leaders. Previously, she has worked with Unilever Pakistan as a Project Resource managing customer operations and brand strategy. Beyond academia, she is the founder of Ramsha Rashid Photography, serving clients across Pakistan and the Gulf region. Her research interests include women entrepreneurship, gender inclusion and startup ecosystems.
