Hussain Hasanali is a General Manager at Engro Corporation. He has over 12 years of experience across corporate finance, strategy & business development, investment banking, and stakeholder engagement. Hussain began his career as an investment banker at HBL where he completed the initial public offering of Avanceon Limited and worked on the debt & equity arrangement for corporate dairy farming.
He joined Engro Polymers in 2013 and contributed significantly to its financial turnaround by implementing a KPI- based management reporting system, advocating anti-dumping duties on PVC, introducing the concept of premium pricing, and securing the highest-ever credit rating enabling the issuance of sukuks worth $75 million.
