Amra Mubashir is an HR professional having work experience of more than 15 years with multinational and local companies. She has expertise in leadership development, diversity, and inclusion. Amra has coached young professionals across Asia Pacific particularly Pakistan, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia. She has taught in FAST-NU and wrote local case studies for LUMS which have been published by LUMS in a book on Knitwear Industry of Pakistan. Previously Amra has worked in PepsiCo International, British American Tobacco, Jazz and Tetra Pak in local and Regional roles. Currently she is heading Human Resources at Tapal tea (PVT) Ltd.

Amra holds Masters in Engineering Business Management from Warwick University, UK with majors in change management and HR. She has bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences from University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore. She holds D&I certification from INSEAD Business School.
