Sulman Malik (GM Rewards & Organization Design, Engro Corp) recently conducted a very interactive and high-energy session with KSBL students. He set up the stage by posing top-five challenges that CEOs face and mentioned organization design as a specific HR skillset. He also shared how it massively contributes massively in keeping organizations agile in these dynamic times.
Given the breadth of experience that he has, he shared how HR as a support function can navigate the top agendas of an organization.
