The program offers a McKinsey designed immersive 9-month leadership program following the global business vision to promote character building and improved decision-making capacity.
In line with its vision, the Engro Leadership Academy provides leadership training to current & future Engro leaders while endeavouring to promote managerial skills and capacity development. Tailored training program for all participating, the training is conducted at a dedicated facility inside the KSBL campus.
This exquisite program is a perfect blend of action-based learning, web-based modules & field intervention, delivered by effective faculty with hands-on local as well as global experience. In the long term, the successful implementation of the Engro Leadership Academy is a stepping stone for KSBL to partner up with further large corporations of Pakistan.
