Manager Student Life
KSBL is looking to hire a motivated and experienced individual for the position of Manager, Student Life for its Career Services and Alumni Relations department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop Student Life Calendar in collaboration with the departmental lead and lead the implementation of various programs.
- Plan, organize, and implement mega events for student engagement and leadership including devising and implementing co-curricular and entertainment events in liaison with Clubs, Societies, and Chapters
- Collaborate with faculty, administration, and student representatives to ensure alignment with institutional policies.
- Offer guidance and resources to potential candidates regarding rules, campaign strategies, and required documentation.
- Develop a proper communication strategy to inform, educate, inspire, and engage students, staff, and faculty vis-à-vis Student Life programs and activities
- Develop and ensure timely circulation of a Student Life Newsletter and other tools.
- Curating and updating Student Life’s Social Media platforms, particularly Instagram with
- Reels and stories.
- Identify organizations working for youth development, mental health, sustainability,
- leadership for other social causes and building relationships with them to engage them in various Student Life projects.
- Formalizing and sustaining partnerships with important agencies and organizations to support student clubs and activities on campus
- Assist in budgeting and its management.
- Monitor all financial records of the student clubs and chapters
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputed university.
- 5 to 6 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in event management and organization.
- Project Management experience
- Experience working with students will be a plus point.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present research findings effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
