Manager External Linkages
KSBL is currently seeking a highly experienced professional for the role of Manager, External Linkages. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in fostering and managing key relationships with partner institutions, both within the public and private sectors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Collaborate with the Head of the Department to effectively manage relationships with partner institutions, including both public and private organizations.
- MOU Arrangements: Assist the Head of the Department in the planning and execution of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with corporate entities and NGOs representing the public and private sectors.
- MOU Implementation: Take a lead role in the implementation of the terms and conditions outlined in MOUs entered into by KSBL. This involves close coordination with academic programs, research centers, executive education, and marketing departments.
- Event Planning: Plan and organize various events, including guest speaker series, corporate events, and eminent speaker series, to enhance external linkages and foster meaningful connections.
- Research and Collaboration: Conduct thorough research on potential external linkages within both public and private sector institutions. Focus on identifying partnership and collaboration opportunities in areas such as academic programs, executive education, and research grants.
- Career Services and Alumni Engagement: Coordinate with career services and the alumni office to organize and execute career fairs, as well as alumni events, fostering a strong network and engagement within the KSBL community.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required:
- Bachelor’s in business administration, marketing or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience. Experience in event management, marketing, and media management would be a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent networking skills.
- Ability to multitask different project.
